Well first I would say take out the Thunder Nyan Nyan. While strong, they are just too much of a risk. I think yo would be okay at 17 monsters, but other choices are Honest, Vylon Prism, or Batteryman AAA.
Other than that, your monsters are great.
Your spells and traps are kinda hard, since you don't use any staples! If that is how you want to keep it, then I would say stick with what you got!
The two XYZ monsters I would recommend are Constellar Omega and Constellar Ptolemys Messier 7. They work really well with this deck, and lock down the opponent!

The deck does look good, but i would definitely take out those nyan's honest would be a clear choice. Vylon prism allows for a stardust with 3500 atk, which is always a plus. I would lower spirit converter to 2, but thats just my opinion, and the constellar monsters are useful since this contains all lights.
Also i would trade Xyz Reflect for Xyz Veil, its clearly the better choice, they cant target it with effects so theres nothing to negate, and its continuous and not a one time use so it can be used with magic planter for extra draw power.
For the extra deck, since theres more rank 4's out now, you can use cards like gagaga gunman, and maestroke for support if you need it.
As for the staples, thats up to you. I can tell that you are going for thunderspark dragon with htis deck, it can be hard to use its last effect cause you need to summon him and either 2 regenerates, or spirit converter at the same time in order to get his second effect.
Thats my 2 cents

Well actualy your right about me trying to use Thunder Spark Dragon's second effect. I've had it work on sevral occasions but the funney part is I mostly end up with a Utopia with 7 or 8 units by the end of the duel.
