We can make a recruitment team to recruit new members to the academy, a group made out of 5 ppl or something that are capable of recruiting a nr. or players per day or something.
Also we can have a Youtube channel, this could also help growing the population, we could post duels or decks or something, even funny commentaries.

Well the youtube channel can be yours and ppl from the academy can submit you videos that you can post if you think ppl like them or something.

I have a YouTube Channel with, I think, 31 videos on it and about 3000 views and about 30 subs.

My internet connection is stable, I think I could volunteer, but don't take that for granted.

School starts soon enough for me.

Well school starts soon here as well, besides if people submit videos to you, then you only have to upload them, i could do the same thing since i have a youtube channel with currently 0 vids and a few subscribers.
We could split vids, like you take the duels and i take the decks and other stuff, or vice versa.
